Return Policy

At Treeswift, we are dedicated to providing a smooth shopping experience and fair return process to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window, allowing customers to request a refund for new, unused, and unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery.

If a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to a Treeswift fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping charges. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Once the return is approved and processed, the refund is typically credited within 7–14 business days.

For items returned due to a Treeswift error and a replacement is required, we will arrange return shipping at no cost and dispatch the replacement with priority shipping. Digital subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice.

For digital delivery items, Treeswift will verify the product/license key with the manufacturer to ensure it has not been activated or tampered with. Once verification is complete and the product qualifies, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee Policy

  • Open License Products: Up to 15% restocking fee may apply once the order has been processed or sent to distribution.

  • Retail Licenses: Up to 15% restocking fee may apply after fulfillment.

  • Antivirus & Security Software: Up to 25% restocking fee may apply after fulfillment.

  • Non-Refundable Products (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 keys): These products cannot be refunded once fulfilled, as they cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
    A 30-day notice is required for subscription cancellation.

Please note: Digital downloads cannot be canceled once the product key has been activated or an activation attempt has been made.

Items Are Eligible for Return If:

  • The return request is made within 90 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Defective items include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
  • You provide a valid reason for return and receive approval from Treeswift or the respective manufacturer/supplier.

Shipping Policy

Treeswift ships to nearly all locations across India. Some products may have regional restrictions or may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations.
When an order is placed through our website or customer support, the estimated delivery time depends on multiple factors, including product availability, destination, and selected shipping method.
